Team 1577 is devoted to helping our team members grow both educationally and mentally as individuals and as a team; working as a group in order to learn about science and technology. We do our best in order to offer the best possible experience for our team members to learn from our team's dedicated mentors. We commonly visit seminars about mechanical design, programming, strategy, and teamwork. It is our aspiration that our actions will provide our members a solid base from which they can evolve into any field that interests them. Every year, several months before the FRC kickoff, we meet 1-4 times a week every week, allowing our members to work toghether with our alumni and learn as much as they can. By working like this, Team 1577 provides an effective learning environment for our members and a good mood inside our group.
