Table to Table


Table to Table is an organization that was established in 2003 in Israel. The goal of the organization is to collect food and other products for those in need in Israel. The organization works without being rewarded.

It supports more than 250 associations of those in need with tens of thousands of volunteers, and makes many national projects based on utilization of food leftovers in order to donate it to those in need in our country.

During this year, our team helped the organization with its volunteering projects to collect food for those in need. Ten of us went with their families to the factories of the organization that found in Ra'anana and helped them with marking and organizing products that arrived the factories. The object was to organize the products so the organization will be able to send them to those in need. In addition, nine of us met with a worker of the organization to pass in houses and pick fruits from their trees. After some short instructions, we were given shirts of the organization so people will know that we really work with the organization. We also got small bags for the collected fruits.

Finally, after collecting a huge amount of fruits, a vehicle came to take the collected fruits and sent them for those in need.

We were happy to volunteer for the organization and were glad to help the weak part of our community as much as we could.
