Steampunk 1577 Community Involevment
* Israeli Women Wheelchairs Basketball National Team Every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday, we host and assist with both practices and offical games of the Israeli Women Wheelchairs Basketball National Team. * Izy Shapira During the Summer vacation we arrived at Izy Sapira, and helped with delivering its shipments. Includes examples. * Beach Cleanup Poleg Beach Where we cleaned up its shores and perimeter. * Volunteering with "Lecket Israel" We commonly visit and assist at "Lecket Israel", an organization that provides food for the poor. * Yeled-Gym The Yeled-Gym event which took place in Ra'anana. * Bartov Elementry School Community Service Every Monday several Steampunk members visit the Bartov Elementry School and work with the children. * Steampunk Event In Ra'anana Park On December 8th, during the "Hannuka" holiday, we have hosted a community service event in the Ra'anana park, in which we managed donations and worked with the children. * Yad-Lebanmim Robotic Activity On August 5th, we arrived at Yad-Lebanim with our 2010 robot, and had younger children operate it. * The FIRST Lego Leage Twice a week, Steampunk members work with younger children and guide them towards building innovative contraptions. * Weizmann Activity During "Sucut", we have participated in the Weizmann institude robotic presentation of science. * Push Lehatzlaha As part of our community service involvement, we help children belonging to financially challenged families. * Steampunk as an Education Center As part of our community service, we volunteer at the "Push Lehatzlach" association. * Absorption Center for Immigrants Every week, numerous Steampunk members provide private tutoring for new immigrants.
